AngelGroup would like you to be aware of a few VERY IMPORTANT things to consider when making your posts:

Posting untrue, reckless or malicious statements are cause for Libel or Defamation. On the other hand, if you're stating facts, with an actual intention to expose alleged corruption, or any other violation/crime, then you are completely within your rights to Free Speech guaranteed by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

AngelGroup wishes and advises you to choose your words carefully when making allegations against others. Anger is not justification and it only dilutes the purpose of the AngelTalk Forum. We do not endorse this behavior.

AngelTalk's purpose is to assist you in bringing these "violators" under the spotlight so that 1) Others avoid harm by not working/dealing with the same people/agencies; 2) Others have access to case information to support their own cases of violations in HI; 3) Others can bear witness to the crimes being committed; 4) Others can lend support, offer guidance and possibly suggest people/agencies and opportunities that can be pursued for change. This is all intended to be a peer-to-peer exchange, not legal advise.

So....that being said...NAME NAMES, have a field-day, but make sure you can support your statements with a document or a person (definition of EVIDENCE) and please thoroughly review the links below for legal definitions of Libel and Defamation by clicking on the blue words.
Write Safe! Thanks!
